Shiv hi Satya hai !

Thursday, August 6, 2026

In this holy time, it feels as though Shiva himself creates the perfect atmosphere for connection. It is as though he opens a sacred doorway for every soul that is ready to form a deeper, perhaps even irreversible, bond with him. These practices may appear to be rituals, but somewhere along the way, many of us inherited the rituals without inheriting their meaning.

As I find myself moving closer to my inner Shiva, I feel a natural curiosity rising within me to know my truth. I want to understand why these rituals truly mean, what they truly represent, and how they can bring me closer to purity.

I have slowly come to realize that Shiva is not a deity, a yogi, or a divine being who gives guidance from a distance.

Shiva is consciousness.

Shiva is a state of being.

Shiva is stillness, awareness, truth, and the presence that remains when everything false begins to fall away.

It may take a lifetime, or perhaps many lifetimes, to fully receive the grace that only Shiva can bring. Maybe these rituals are not performed because Shiva needs them, but because we do.

Perhaps they help prepare the mind, soften the ego, and create a space within us where his presence can be felt.

“Eko hi Rudro na dvitīyāya tasthuḥ,”

meaning,

“Rudra is One; there exists no second beside Him.”

This verse brings me closer to the understanding that Shiva is not simply one being among many, but the one consciousness present in everything.

Perhaps this is why I feel safe with him. Perhaps he is the presence that protects me, guides me, and keeps me sthir. Perhaps he helps me trust him, trust the universe, and continue moving forward even when I do not understand where my path is leading.

Shiva brings me closer to truth by destroying what separates me from it by simply destroying my ego, attachment, fear, and illusion.

Maybe he is not adding anything new to me. Maybe he is removing everything I am not, so that I can remember what I have always been.

Sawan

Monsoon begins..The earth becomes fertile, water flows again. Our ancestors saw the outer rain as a reflection of inner cleansing. Sawan invites us to wash away the dust gathered within the mind and heart. Spiritually, it becomes a season of purification, renewal, and surrender.

Jala-abhisek

The story of Shiva drinking the Halahala poison during Samudra Manthan carries a profound meaning. When the poison emerged and threatened all of creation, Shiva chose to hold it in his throat - the NeelKantha He neither allowed it to spread through his being nor released it back into the world. That is why the devas continuously poured water over him to cool the effects of the poison. Externally, the water cooled him. Internally, the symbolism teaches us that compassion cools the fire of suffering through the simplicity of "water"

Life gives every one of us its own form of poison: pain, grief, anger, disappointment, rejection, fear, and loss. Shiva teaches us that we do not have to swallow every painful experience and allow it to become our identity.

Every stream of water flowing over the Shiva Linga becomes a prayer for the anger to cool, the pride to soften, the suffering to be held in awareness, and everything heavy within us to begin flowing away.

Bilva

Its three leaves are said to represent Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas; Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh, or the body, mind, and soul. Offering these leaves can therefore become a complete act of surrender.

Nothing is hidden. Nothing is excluded.

Somwar

Soma is associated with the Moon - the Moon represents the mind. It reflects emotions, memory, thoughts, feelings, and the constantly changing inner tides of human experience. Shiva wears the crescent moon upon his head. The symbolism is extraordinary. He does not remove the mind. He masters it. The mind rests in Shiva.

The crescent moon as a symbol of mastery over time and the restless mind.

Perhaps this is why Monday is dedicated to Shiva. Not because Shiva needs one day, but because we need one day to return to stillness.

Om Namah Shivaya

Its five syllables, Na, Ma, Shi, Va, and Ya, are traditionally associated with the five elements. This divine mantra as a path of purification and union with Shiva in a state of pure balance.

  • NaEarth (Prithvi): Stability, the physical body, and grounding.
  • MaWater (Jala): Emotions, purification, and flow.
  • ShiFire (Agni): Transformation, wisdom, and the destruction of ignorance.
  • VaAir (Vayu): Breath, life force (prana), and divine grace.
  • Ya - Space (Akasha): Vastness, pure awareness, and the soul.
  • Shiva Linga

Symbol of the Infinite- nirakaar. It has no beginning and no end, just like consciousness. The Shiva Linga is not an attempt to define Shiva. It is a reminder that Shiva cannot be fully defined.

    Vijnana Bhairava Tantra

The Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, a dialogue between Shiva and Parvati, offers 112 methods of meditation. It teaches that the breath is everything and silence between the breath is pure consciosness.

Ritual is not the destination. It is preparation and purification. It gathers the scattered mind, gives the body a way to participate in devotion, and gives the heart a language for something it cannot fully express.

Sharwan is not merely a month on the calendar. It is an invitation. Every drop of Jal Abhishek asks us to let the ego flow away. Every Bilva leaf reminds us to offer our whole being. Every Somwar invites us to master the mind instead of being mastered by it. Every repetition of Om Namah Shivaya gently dissolves the illusion that we are separate from the Divine.

Shiva is helping me find the part of myself that I forgot.

    Om Namah Shivaya.

    The Art of Choosing

    Tuesday, August 4, 2026

Life can be a roller coaster and can really make you think in ways you would have never imagined. All the time in awe of how events take place in your life  lead you to somewhere were you are meant to be -- no regret, no repent ..just pure divine plan. Not where you would like to be!

Universe will keep presenting a choice for you .. for you to truly CHOOSE your destiny and the game of life will ask you to MAKE a choice.. no matter what! Even not making a choice will be a choice.

A human mind will always struggle to figure out weather the choice that they made is good or not ! Essentially there is no GOOD or BAD choice... your current state is an outcome of the choice you made in past... If there is acceptance around your present moment - the choice will seem to be good...but if not the choice will seem like a not so good one.

The choice itself rarely carries the label of good or bad. It is our relationship with the outcome that assigns meaning to it.

The funny thing about 'choice' is that when you make a choice, you are letting go of the option other than what you chose; you are already prioritizing one choice over the other. Now weather that thought process of making that choice can be coming from protecting yourself, protecting your loved ones, from the place of love or soul calling. Either ways there is a path forward.

Life isn't asking us to make perfect choices. It is asking us to make conscious ones.

Acceptance has an incredible power to transform "after the fact thinking" into wisdom. The moment we stop resisting what is and start embracing the lessons hidden within our experiences, our perspective begins to shift. We realize that every decision, even the painful ones, contributed to our growth. Some choices brought happiness; others brought awareness. Both were equally valuable.

    Everything is temporary.

    Sunday, August 2, 2026

The one thing that will change your life forever is accepting that everything is temporary.

    Happiness.
    Pain.
    Failure.
    Success.
    Your relationships.

Your entire existence is temporary and the fact that you can't be sure whether you will live another day is enough to show you that whatever it is you're stressing about -it will pass.

Happiness and pain are both fleeting, sprinkled throughout the larger chapters that make up our entire lives. Lives that can pass with a blink of an eye.
So, what's the point of comparison or a feeling of separation? Of wanting what other people have and feeling like a failure  or feeling of not being chosen?

What is the point of holding grudges and letting your ego direct your behaviour, and letting your mind take hold of your relationships in a way that your heart wouldn't?

Knowing that this exact moment will never come back should be enough to urge you to express it all... why wait? It should be enough to make you realise that if you're in a difficult place right now hurting, frustrated, upset over something that you don't have any control over -will eventually be over.

Dont loose yourself..,Neither in pain, nor in happiness. So, make the most of it. Experience it all.

Forgive more easily, learn to push away the bad stuff, and accept growth. Life brings lessons. Learn them.

Let go of all the negative feelings and assumptions and insecurities and selfishness.

Be gentle with other people. And remind yourself that if today was painful, if today was awful, if today was nothing like what you had hoped it would be - tomorrow will be better. Tomorrow will be better. Live !

You Don't Meet Anyone by Chance!

You Don't Meet Anyone by Chance!

Carl Jung said: "Souls find and understand each other long before bodies meet."

It has been always difficult for me to understand - Why do all the people around me are not entirely truthful, abandoned me when it came to choose me, or were emotionally closed off? I thought everyone is like that until I tried to understand it deeply.

It turns out that those we "accidentally" meet, those we "like them and fall in love," or those we inexplicably dislike don't just appear randomly. The universe chooses and sends the perfect actor to the stage to mirror whatever we suppress, ignore, or postpone healing in our inner world.

Accepting this was the biggest clarity in the face to my ego. Because those people I called "lessons" were actually the embodiment of my feelings of trust issues, my fear of abandonment, or my inability to set boundaries. Like a teacher, they were testing me on my weakest subject.

We think that our soul partners come to make us happy - to complete us. No. Some souls come to shake us up, awaken us from our slumber, and tear us away from our comfortable lies. The person who triggers you the most may actually be your greatest opportunity for transformation. Their job is to touch your wound and say, "Look, it's still bleeding. Now heal it."

When you learn that lesson, when you heal that wound within yourself, the scenario outside suddenly changes. Those people either attune to your new way of being and change, or they quietly and peacefully leave your life because their task is complete.

I often ask now, "What have you come to show me about myself?"

This perspective helps you reflect and break free from a self created stories and make choices to steer your life that feels aligned with the pure energy of your soul.

The souls currently around you - the one who makes you wonder, "Why did I meet this person?" - might actually be revealing a truth you've been avoiding.

Sexual Energy is same as Spiritual Energy

    Wednesday, June 10, 2026

What are the core principles of evolution - the desire to live and desire to create.

This is how nature has grown with just these two desires. But Universe has a very simple rule, there is no growth without going through the pain of letting go. Letting go of time to achieve our goals, letting go childhood for youth, letting go for effort to have a better life.

The desire to create comes from the pleasure of union from the letting go of every pretense in that moment to feel the liberating moment of orgasm. In the moment of Sacred Union, the man and woman remove their coverings and bare themselves. There is no pretending and artificiality.. In the moment of surrender, there is no holding back, no ego. Both partners completely choose to let go to experience the divine pleasure in its truest and purest form. Oneness.

It is not possible to experience that bliss when you have inhibitions.

And...Spiritual Energy is the purest energy of the Spirit.

That is is why , we all are spiritual because we are just mere souls or spirits having a human experience. Since you cant touch the soul like its a tangible physical thing, so it has to be an energy, a feeling, a sensation, a quantum vibration that connects you to your own spirit... your highest self.

If we are able to feel that, wouldn't that be a  complete bliss? wouldn't that be single energy field where there is no separation between you and the divine source? How would that feel? Wouldn't it be comparable to the bliss of oneness?

This energy of creation and pleasure resides in Sacral plexus which is near the sexual and reproductive organs. I read that - this creation energy when at its peak has drank the nectar at the 1000 petal lotus in crown chakra, so sexual please is not possible without the brain being involved and then it receded all the way to Mooldhara even below its actual place, so this need of pleasure can be also the reason of downfall causing all the fears and clinging doubts.

In a regular life scenario we may not be looking at the sexual act as a divine union because such an experience is a complete merge between masculine and feminine which beings the oneness of mind, body and soul. If you experienced this ever in your life, its the remembrance of soul.

There are 4 temperament of sexuality - "divya" (divine), "vira" (warrior), "pashu" (animal) and "manushya" (human)

The Animal Way - "pashu" - base carnal desire or a mere biological need bringing sexual gratification.

The Human Way - "manushya" in "man in ashay" where your heart is involved. Love, bonding and sense of belonging. You wished to be loved back and crave reciprocation

The Warrior Way - the creative fluid in men and women bringing the protective feelings for partner, bringing a sense of security and support. And is only for continuing the linegae.

The Divine Way - the ultimate stage of sexual consciousness which is an extension of pure love. The love between RadhaKrishn, ShivParvati. At this stage, your joy comes from the joy of the partner. You offer your mind body and soul in "divya" bhav. A desire to unite and all levels.

In a true divine union, man is looking for his feminine side in his partner while woman is looking for her masculine side in her partner. The left brain and right brain meet and logic gains oneness with emotions.

In the ancient mystic traditions—Tantra, Taoism, and Kundalini Yoga—your sexual energy (ojas, chi, or prana shakti) is not just pleasure. It is the raw creative fire of the Universe pulsing through your sacral center.

When you retain and transmute this energy instead of leaking it, something alchemical happens:

    •  Your eyes begin to shine with unnatural depth.

    •  Your presence becomes magnetic and calming.

    •  Creative ideas flood in like never before.

    •  You start operating from a higher octave of being.

Your sexual energy is your spiritual rocket fuel.

The Scared Energy of Creation - Kundalini

The Scared Energy of Creation - Kundalini

From the divine grace of my gurus and the actors from the universe — manifested to me through loved ones, healers, and countless experiences — I bow in gratitude. The knowledge and depth of this world are beyond what I ever imagined or I could comprehend. Every single grain of my mind, body, and soul feels touched by that grace. Forever grateful.

Lately, I have been moving through a strangely unknown phase — a transformation into something I cannot yet define or does not needs to be defined .. Capturing some notes along the way…

As lovingly explained to me by my Shai and reinforced by Bauji, there are three main energetic knots that veil the human mind from experiencing Atma Anand — the state of inner bliss and pure joy that comes not from the outside world, but from within. The true union of solar and lunar energies, masculine and feminine, dark and light, the left and right.

The energy channels of Ida and Pingala ultimately activates the Sushumna, where these three knots reside.

Just like the seven chakras, the three Granthis are coinciding points between Ida and Pingala — energetic intersections where deep blockages or knots exist.

Since the soul chose to be born into this school called Earth, the task at hand is liberation: to break free from the cycle of birth and death, complete karmic accounts, and release all contracts with love.

It is said that when Lord Parashurama, an avatar of Vishnu, could not find peace, he went to Lord Dattatreya seeking guidance. Dattatreya told him:

“Calm your mind, so I may truly see your devotion.”

Parashurama agreed wholeheartedly and meditated for twelve years upon the form of the Divine Mother.

    He said:
“There is no revenge within me anymore, but I long to see Maa. I want Her energy to manifest before me.”

He was then initiated into sacred mantra and yantra practices devoted to the Mother Divine. Eventually, he received a glorious vision of Her presence - yet still he was not at peace. He still could not feel life bubbling fully within him.

So Dattatreya instructed him to meditate for twelve more years - this time upon the formless Kundalini energy itself. Which is nothing but Divinr Mother. It is the oldest text mentioning kundalini energy. Ved Vyas was the first rishi to complete Maa Lalitha Sadhana and due to the divine grace he authored numerable Ved, Shastra, Upanishads and Mahabharat.

All knowledge, all life, all divinity had always existed within him. Maa’s Sadhana unveiled the ocean of creativity.

When his Kundalini awakened, the knots melted.

It is comparable to the sexual union between masculine and feminine - as the man and woman feels complete, loved and secured in a true union when creation takes place.

In this tangled life of positivity and negativity, one must learn which strands to pull — with patience, awareness, and deep analysis.

One can awaken this energy without blindly believing in anything at all. What is needed is persistence, discipline, and inner sincerity.

These three knots are gateways to liberation.

The first knot is the Knot of Creation - Brahma Granthi.
We feel most alive when we create something. Human beings constantly seek eternal happiness because momentary pleasure never truly satisfies us.

The second knot is the Knot of Sustenance -Vishnu Granthi.
The human mind longs to preserve what it has gained. We seek permanent happiness and believe we should never lose what we love. But this is against the very nature of existence, because change is eternal. Yoga calls this attachment Yogakshema -the illusion of security.

The third knot is the Knot of Destruction -Rudra Granthi.
When we are disturbed by something, the human tendency is to destroy or eradicate it. The mind believes peace will come by removing unwanted thoughts instead of understanding and integrating them. Rudra Granthi is from where grace descends into the crown chakra..

There is no destruction in peace.

Chakras are psycho-neurotic centers -energetic and psychological intersections within the body.

The physical aspects of these knots crosses on certain specific energy centers correspond symbolically with:

    • Root Chakra -Brahma
    • Navel Chakra - Vishnu
    • Eyebrow Chakra -Rudra

When the masculine and feminine fully accept one another within, Shiva-consciousness awakens and creation begins.

When kinetic energy combines with potential energy, creative energy is born.

And when true creation begins, destruction slowly dissolves.
    Acceptance deepens.
    Compassion expands.
    Evolution unfolds.

The one that is full of truth honesty and transparency ! This quality is hard to find in human beings !

The divine masculine who knows nothing but love, forgiveness and holding space for his Parvati !

    No score keeping !

Always guiding her through his presence and absence both !

The state that brings clarity and truth !

The one that is always moving.. always creating !

The energy that takes the soul which is taking this so called journey of life to its real home !!

The scared union that brings bliss .. the one that nothing is needed after that !

The union when all separation ends !

The union of Shivaratri ! The union that brings completeness !

    I am Water !!

     I am water—

The one who merges with you until there is no you and no me…
The one who flows, not knowing how to stop
The one who quenches a thirst older than time
The one who purifies simply by passing through

The one who carries the salt in tears

The one who satiates like a beloved dish

The one who softens the hardest heart
The one who dilutes every sin

The one who stands still to be clear like a mirror.

The one who can change the tide
The one who draws out the true colors

The one who ripples at the slightest stir

The one who heals every fear

    and

The one whose absence is a mere suffering

    Love Through The Elements

    Monday, January 5, 2026

    The 5th House of Astrology

The 5th House represents the domain of Love and Creation the space where joy, self-expression, romance, and unique talents live.

It governs how we seek pleasure, create meaning, and experience love as play, passion, and creativity.

This is an exploration of romance through the lens of the four elements- Fire, Earth, Water, and Air - each unfolding in stages, testing love through experience, illusion, loss, and truth, until it earns the right to be called Truest Love.

    Stage One: Fire

    It begins with a spark
an innocent message, a fleeting glance, a captivating conversation, an electrifying touch.

Suddenly, an ordinary human ascends to angelic status.
    Desire ignites. Fantasy blooms.
    The world revolves around them.

    Stage Two: Earth

    Fantasy softens into companionship.
    Confidence grows. Presence deepens.

You begin to learn each other...
wanting to look better, do better, be better - for them.

You become a planner, a gourmet chef, a version of yourself you never expected.
The world still revolves around them.

    Stage Three: Air

Now comes emotional depth through soul recognition
Guards are lower. Vulnerability peeks through.

You confide. You completely trust their mind, body and soul.
Even when the universe offers glimpses of uncertainty, you hold steady.

The world is no longer just revolving...it is swimming with them.

    Stage Four: Water

    This is where testing begins.

Insecurities surface. Fears whisper. Doubts creep in.
You begin to see the human beneath the god-like image.

    It’s a slippery slope here..
yet the world hasn’t stopped running around them.

    Stage Five: Return to Fire

Now there are no gods or angels—only flesh and blood.

    Love alone cannot overcome everything.
Conflicts arise as idealized images betray reality.

Feelings are censored, filtered, dammed up...creating emotional minefields within the mind.

The world still revolves...but now only in their world.

    Stage Six: Return to Earth

    Reality settles in.

    Reflection deepens.
Questions emerge: What are we? What are we not?

Differences are no longer ignored ..they are acknowledged.

If you make it past this stage, you truly return to Earth.
The world still revolves—yet it feels as though it has stopped.

    Stage Seven: Return to Air

    Here come explicit conversations.
    Truths spoken aloud.

    This stage is transformative, soul-challenging.
If faced with courage, it can create immense depth, connection, and richness

but only if you make it this far.

The world may begin to revolve once more.

    Stage Eight: Return to Water

Only after loss, trauma and the dark night of the soul - for one, or for both.

    Comes Compassion - Forgiveness - Vulnerability - Self-realization.

And now the final question remains:

    Is the world still moving?
